I had a fine experience at this hotel, it deserves more than 5 stars. the rooms were nicely decorated and luxurious, felt like home. - the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe for safety measures. - the location was particularly good and unbeatable for me, close to a Business Center. - There were a wide range of restaurants nearby, like Mozzarella, which was only a 10-minute walk away.

I have already stayed in hotel Fiestamericana in Acapulco for two times. That was reason why I choose this hotel in Veracruz as well. But I was very, very disappointed by this hotel. Hotel decsribes that has his own beach...but sea at this beach was very, very dirty and shallow, it was impossible to swim in sea. Next to the hotel there is a space wher helicopters are landing...and they were landing many times a day, espacially early mornings and during the nights...you can't imagine this horrible voise! I ordered accomodation with the breakfest...every morning I had to explained it to lady in restaurant. When I finished my breakfast I was houned by waiter to sign my account...it was impossible to expain him (very poor english) that I have breakfest included in accomodation..I Had to do it... Minibar in room didn´t work...I Asked at reception what´s wrong, but nothing was changed. And finally when I finished my staying in hotel and payed ... in my bill they accounted me all breakfasts and drinks from "hot" minibar. I asked them that it is a joke!!! But was not! I showed them my booking that I did through your webpage (here was described accomodation and breakfast included) but it wasn´t enough for them. I had to sign (in spanish language!!!) that I didn´t drink any beverage from minibar and I ordered accomodation with breakfast...HORRIBLE!!!! If I new it I would never ordered hotel Fiestamericana in Veracruz!!!!!

Tht garden was beautifully taken care of. The swimming pool was extremely clean. The breakfast bufet was excellent.

Swimming pool very shallow. Not suitable for adults who want to swim. The beach cots were stowed on top of eachother and noone was there to help.

The hotel had professional and friendly staff who provided excellent service. The location was convenient, close to Andamar upscale mall and the beach. There were a variety of food options within walking distance.

Service staff outside when the hotel is busy tends to be slow. Have to walk down to the main street to catch a taxi. They charge everything to your room while there, but when you check out you receive a very vague detail of the charges (E.G. hotel beverages ) it is not possible to see detailed receipts. Auto-gratuity was random, 2 trips to the pool bar and 1 room service order. Only received auto-gratuity on one of the bar tabs. Be sure to check the ticket carefully before signing.

We loved this fabulous hotel with friendly staff who greeted us in a very timely manner. It was in a convenient location right by the beach and darker water. - the hotel is parallel to the avenue where you can find the famous Café de la Parroquia and an upscale mall. - Furthermore, it is situated in a new area of Boca del Río, making it a great choice for a stay.

The hotel was tidy and had professional staff who were friendly and prompt in their service. the location was comfortable and convenient, being close to upscale mall Andamar, the beach, and the famous Café de la Parroquia. I was pleased to discover Mozzarella nearby, which offered delicious food and was conveniently located near the venue.
